Yes, entirely. Every saree is handwoven from first-grade pure mulberry silk with real 22-carat gold zari, and carries both the Silk Mark and the Handloom Mark along with a Varashree Certificate of Authenticity.
All sales are final — we do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds or cancellations. Each saree is a single, hand-numbered piece, frequently reserved or made to order for one client, so it cannot be resold once committed. We strongly encourage a private viewing or video call before you order. If a piece arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will help through the courier’s insurance.

Dry clean only, by a specialist familiar with pure silk and zari. Store it rolled in muslin cloth, away from sunlight, moisture and perfume. Detailed care guidance accompanies every order.
Yes. We offer private viewings by appointment at our Kanchipuram atelier, and detailed video calls for clients further afield, so you can see the silk and zari in true light before you decide.
Major credit and debit cards, UPI, and bank transfer. Full payment confirms and reserves your piece; bespoke orders begin with an advance.
Because no machine touches our sarees. Slight differences in motif, texture and dye tone are the natural fingerprint of handloom weaving and natural dyeing — the proof that yours is genuinely one of a kind.
